Dr Applebaum was my Pediatric dentist growing up and I only have pleasent memories, so much so that I now bring my daughter to him, so far so good! Office is nice and homely, thorough explanations of all procedures. Love this place!

The dental hygienists do a good job. But making money is clearly top of mind at this place. The older woman (Kim?) at the front desk is a nightmare: condescending and rude. Each time you try to schedule an appointment, it's a major ordeal as she tries to force you into inconvenient timeslots that no one wants. Even though convenient times are available, she tells you to your face that she will not book them for you because they "prefer" you to come during school and work hours, so they can maximize their profits. If this office has no convenient times for me, then why am I paying $200 over and above my insurance for my kid to have a routine exam or cleaning? For an extra $200, I should at least be receiving service that's polite. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

It was a first time to the office a couple of weeks ago. Thankfully we have insurance, but would probably continue to go anyway as our daughter was treated so great. It is a very busy office and I guess for good reason. We felt we could ask questions of the doctor and were comfortable with his answers and the time he took. We have booked our daughter back for her next cleaning and check up and are sure if the insurance does not pay 100% the great experience will be worth the little extra. The girl at the front desk when we arrived was a bit cold (yes she was even wearing a hoodie) and was certainly not thrilled to see us, but when we came back out we got the other girl who could not have been nicer. She talked to us AND our daughter which we really appreciated it. I heard her tell someone she was new but she was certainly pleasant to deal with and left us feeling valued as clients. Our daughter can't wait to go back watch another movie!

The prices at this dental practice are too much. We went here because we heard they are specialists when it comes to kids teeth. The barely spent 5 minutes examining my daughters teeth and then charged me $175 for an exam. The exam did not include any x-rays. We asked to speak to the office manager and she said "sorry...that is the rate". When we had called to book the appointment, they did not mention this. This dental office now works like a million dollar(s) business. The care that others have spoken of in the past it no longer there. If you have insurance, you are lucky. For those that have to pay out of pocket...this place isn't for you. Find another dentist that will take the time to explain what the issues are and will be there for you to answer your questions.

very distant Dr, he was impatient to finish the cession he was not happy with me asking questions about my daughter teethe . He spent less then 5 minutes with my 3 y old daughter which seems less then normal for me for a first visit

The staff is great. My kids have been going there for over 17 years. The practice is extremely busy now and we can no longer get Saturday bookings anymore (1 year lead time). The 30% premium above industry standard is becoming too rich for us, so we will be moving our business now that the kids are older. Sorry, but the service has declined over the years and prices have increased...not the way it should be.

Great doctor, we went to go see him for our son, who had really bad teeth. A few of our friends always talked highly of Dr. Applebaum, and now we know why. He was great, he was able to take our son to the hospital and fix all his teeth in one shot. He even called us that night to see how our son was doing and followed up a week later, good experience overall!
