I have been going to Dr/ Neufeld for many years, however what a disappointed I was when I tried to make an appt. after he reopened after the virus. I am a senior and Ontario health always covered my visit. I was told I would have to pay another seventy dollars over what the government paid him. Why do us vulnerable seniors have to make up for the loss that he concurred over the shut-down.

Having been his patient for more then 10 years and having only one good eye. One would have thought that having serious difficulty with that eye would get me a rush appointment. I don't consider a 2 month wait acceptable

My wife and I started seeing Les more than twenty years ago. He is a tremendous doctor and a wonderful man, and we feel fortunate to have him as our optometrist. If you need an optometrist and live in this area, call Les right away!

I have utilized Dr Neufeld's services for many years. Several years ago he oversaw the arrangement and follow up of my elective laser surgery, which I am very satisfied with to this day. I am very happy with the service provided by Dr Neufeld and his professional staff.

Wonderful doctor. Very thorough and compassionate. Sent me to one ophthalmologist who arrogantly dismissed me (apparently I must be older before I can have Iritis), so I had to wait a week for the next on-call ophthalmologist...Dr. Neufeld called me every day at work to see how I was doing, and followed up with me after the new specialist diagnosed me. Not too many Dr.s do that these days!
