Please be careful when choosing a surgeon, I went to mark Gittos for a septoplasty to help my breathing with a very very minor hump reduction at his suggestion. I was clear with mark that I really did not wish to look different. Not only is my septum more deviated than before, he over-resected the bridge of my nose, reduced the size of my nostrils, foreshortened the length of my nose and lifted the tip of my nose. This has resulted in my nose looking too small, and very out of proportion to my face. To say I am utterly devastated would be an understatement. I did not ask, consent or even be informed of the extra procedures that were performed by him. When I spoke to him about this he suggested ACC be responsible for any damages and is not responding to me any further.

We uncovered a suspicious lesion on my father's shoulder by total chance, and right in the thick of COVID-19 lockdowns. It was an extremely stressful process trying to arrange a consultation, and we are extremely grateful that Mark was able to see Dad very promptly. Unfortunately, our suspicions were proven accurate and further treatment was required. Mark went out of his way to organise surgery as fast as was practically possible, managing to even bring the procedure forward 7 days from its scheduled date. Needless to say, going through a melanoma diagnosis is terrifying, but being in the care of a doctor with a calming bedside manner made the world of difference to Dad, but of course his family too, and his daughter in particular. Besides being an excellent medical practitioner, he is also very compassionate and goes above and beyond for his patients, including an invitation for a home visit when we were at peak uncertainty and extremely anxious about the impending outcome. I went to see Dr Mark Gittos for some botox to feel better about myself and he expertly guided me through the process and gave me an incredible result. I am very nervous about getting the procedure done as I didn't want to look like a 'crayfish' ha ha. But I look completely natural and have gone from 42 to 24! Thanks Dr Mark awesome work. Will definately be back again.

We just wanted to take a minute to express our deepest gratitude for the work Dr Mark Gittos does, we were referred to Dr Gittos by a friend, my husband had a small growth on his big toe and we thought it would be beneficial to have this removed.

Mark promptly arranged surgery for the following day, this was very successful and as usual practice he sent away for testing to ensure there was nothing sinister going on. Much to our surprise within 7 days we returned to Dr Gittos’ office to be told that my husband had a rare aggressive form of Cancer.

Within days, we were back in surgery where my husband had his toe amputated. Right from the outset Dr Gittos had gone above and beyond in assisting us during this traumatic time.

We would describe him as professional, skilled, and compassionate, going well above and beyond for his patients!!

His office staff were great too…

I had a Blepharoplasty with Dr. Mark Gittos in December 2019. I had carried out extensive research to find out about this procedure and to also find a good recommend Surgeon.
From the initial Consultation through to the post consultations, Mark explained everything thoroughly to me and I was able to ask any questions I had.
