Dr. Yates is different than any other dentist I've been to. She's very personable, but very informative. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She makes sure that you're healthy by means of motivation rather than making you feel bad about your oral habits. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Gabby, her assistant, is also sweet, knowledgeable, and caring just like Dr. Yates.

Today I had the pleasure of an appointment with Dr. Yates and her assistant Gabby at All About You Dentistry. I received x-rays and an exam and a cleaning. Gabby was very proficient in performing the x-rays and the experience was very informative and gentle. The exam was absolutely the best, never before has any dentist found what my problem is caused by, Dr. Yates knew right away within minutes my issues and prescribed a course of treatment. Following the exam I received a cleaning which was very thorough and by far the most gentle cleaning to date. My experience was second to none and I must also comment on the office. The reception was perfectly professional, the office is elegantly decorated with a warm friendly feeling. There are flat screen TV's in every room, this accomplishes two things in my opinion, I am nervous when it comes to a dentist visit so this kept my mind off being nervous and kept me entertained. I recommend Dr. Yates, Gabby and All About You Dentistry to everyone.

Heather and her assistant Gabby are not only very pretty, they are the best I have ever had. They are both very professional and good at their profession. I am adding them to my Facebook family, I want everyone to know how kind and caring they are. I rate them a 5.

Went to dr.yates office not to long ago, I was very impressed of how easy going she is. She treats you like family and she took care of my teeth and I didn't feel a thing, she is very gentle and always checked to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yates! She is by far the gentlest dentist I have ever been to, and I barely felt her working in my mouth. Don’t let her youthful good looks fool you – this lady knows her dentistry, and I would (and do!) gladly recommend her to friends and family. In an age where health care providers rush patients in and out – Dr. Yates stands apart in that she truly takes the time to listen to your needs and take care of you properly. I was so impressed by her skill and compassionate care that I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

This was my first visit to Dr. Yates office. The office was clean and comfortable. Dental assistant was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was there to have my toothache corrected. Dr. Yates took x-ray, examined my tooth and told me my bite had changed. What? I thought. Impossible! She asked me if i used a c-papp machine (how did she know?) She did the corrective treatment. That night I put on the c-papp machine and sure enough...guess where the tube hit? Yep, she nailed it. It had pushed my bite over the years and caused the problem. She was wonderful and I recommend her without reservation.

Overall, it was a good experience at Dr. Yates. Most impressive was the staff, who were very polite. A few observations that I encountered, however, made me feel somewhat uneasy about my future visits there. First, the receptionist, although very nice wore more than one hat. This is to include front office, dental assistant, taking my xrays and also babysitting for Dr. Yates son when he showed up in the office. My visit took much longer than I expected because of the small talk. Dr. Yates was wonderful and very personable but she took forever to get to the consultation and checking my teeth out. Finally, when she got done, I did not know what I needed. I was not provided a treatment plan because the one assistant/babysitter could not get it done on time. I have scheduled another visit and still don't know what I need done or the amount of money I need to pay. Again, wonderful kind office staff but should be more professional and timely.

My visit at All About You Dentistry has made such big improvements that I had to write about it. My upper denture was over 35 years old and my bottom teeth had been out for a long time without a denture. I was afraid of the dentist and afraid of being judged for not having nice teeth. I got up the nerve to go and am very happy I did. My dentures look nice, like natural teeth. The dentures both fit so well that I don't need glue. I didn't realize how bad my diet had become in order to adjust to my lack of teeth. After a few weeks with my new dentures, I noticed big changes in my health. I didn't have the stomach pains that I had become used to. I had been having daily headaches, but they went away. I also had ringing in my ears from my jaws not being lined up right but that has gone away, too. The best thing is that people now take the time to talk to me. It might be my straight, white teeth but it could be that I smile so much more now. Dr. Yates really listened to what I wanted.
