Dr. Bond caring professional, However staff did not take or file insurance correctly never added VSP which with Diabetic Plus coverage would have paid 100% with only $20 copay. Only filed with Blue Cross 55 co-pay and 20% paid by patient. Initially did not file with BCBS properly resulting in no coverage and $510 bill after numerous calls and visits to office did submit properly to BCBS but never recorded or showed VSP coverage or filed on it. Later refused to accepts VSP even though VSP confirmed they were an approved network Dr. I asked Dr Bond to call and he never returned multiple requests. The staff only cares about how much they can get out of patient.
