Pleased with visit. Visit lasted longer than I expected, which was good. You know how it is nowadays.

We were glad he could take my dad as a new patient. Hi is so good with older folks and his girls could not be nicer to him and to us.

Rude Doctor, Rude Office Staff. Our Insurance company sent him prescriptions( 3 times) to confirm for home delivery for which he totally ignored! He charges extra for everything. He refused to mark a well check a well check, which our insurance requires in order for it to be covered under preventative care, so that he could get more money. Find another doctor!

I have a lot of problems and he has helped point me in the right direction. One note however-he is very, very punctual for his apts. so don't be late or your might have to reschedule.

Doc is fair. After reading a nasty review about his fees I had to put in my 2 sents. I have paid his credit card fee. He charges that only for payments under $75 or something like that. Small's hardware in cheviot won't even take a card for under $5. Pay in cash or with a check and avoid the fee. He does charge for call-in presctiptions if you are sick and to not want to come in and see him. I think that is okay too. Doctors don't work for free.

The nursing assistant was really nice and helpful. The receptionist is rude. When I needed a prescription to take on vacation, I was told to call while I was on vacation and they would charge me $25 to call the prescription in. If you needed a prescription and you happened to be there for test results, you had to make another appointment to come in for the prescription. I tried to pay a bill and they had changed billing companies, so I called the new one and was told that I had to call the office. When I tried to pay with my debit/credit card I was charged an additional $3 because I used my card. Needless to say, looking for a new doctor who shows more concern.

Good care, nice staff. There is a lab next door and that is convenient.

Good doc. Helpful staff. Traffic in the area is hairy, though.
