Scheduled an annual preventative exam as required for my insurance wellness incentive program. My insurance does not have a copayment for preventative services. Arrived and was asked to pay a copayment. Explained that I was there for an annual preventative exam, despite having stated this when I originally scheduled the appointment. Later, I received a statement for the copayment in the mail. Called multiple times and asked to speak with the office manager. Took the office manager two weeks to return my calls. Office manager said that since my prescriptions were refilled at this visit that my insurance was also billed for a follow-up which is why I owe the copayment. Office manager refused to make any billing/coding changes. Not the first issue I have had with this office. I pay a lot for my health insurance and only get one free visit a year. I did not get this benefit this year thanks to their greed and business practices.

She has been my Doctor for the pass two years and I feel very comfortable with her.

My son and I are patients of Dr. Jill. We like her very much. She is wonderful and has a kind, caring bedside manner. Jill is great! She takes the time to answer all of your questions. It is nice to have found a doctor that cares about you as a person. What a refreshing change!!!
