My right arm is paralyzed and my left had severe carpal tunnel. It was very scary to have limited use of my good arm/hand. Dr. Jones calmed my fears and surgery was a success. Dr. Jones is very reassuring and skilled. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I had two office visits and two X-rays for my elbow at Rothman Orthopaedics. Afterwards I decided not to continue treatment with them. Rothman billed me $1,000 in advance for a "care package" which I am obviously not partaking in. After multiple phone calls with the billing department, they still have not removed the charge. Why? Because according to them, I, a grown adult of sound mind can not remove myself from their care. It's an absolute racket. I can remove myself, I did remove myself, I have received no care since my last appointment. It's like I'm a prisoner. I can remove myself from the ICU but I can't remove myself from Rothman's care? I REFUSE treatment. Tell me again I can't.

After seeing another orthopedist who dismissed my experience as invalid (didn’t align with his assessment), I aimlessly tried rehab, and strengthening my elbow, for months with the same issues persisting.

I went to Dr Jones as a second opinion on my chronic elbow instability (specifically- PLRI). From the get-go, Dr. Jones took a much more consultative approach, tried various physical tests in office, reviewed my MRI and still was not indicating any clear, positive indication suggesting my elbow LCL was ruptured. He nonetheless accepted my experience as valid, and gave me the autonomy to decide- if my current state was inhibiting his I want to live my life (for me, wanting to continue to be active in sports/fitness at age 28)- I would need surgery. But ultimately, my choice.

I am now 3 weeks post-op and feeling better every day. Turns out out the LCL was in fact completely ruptured, and the surgery was the mandatory fix needed to get back to the level of functionality I wanted.

I can’t stress enough the importance of a “consultative” approach applied by Dr. Jones here, putting me on the right path to the life I want to live. Thanks!!

Dr. Jones is a very good doctor who is not only very skilled in his field but he is caring and listens to his patients. The day after my surgery he called me to see how I was feeling. I had a quick recovery and couldn't be happier with his surgical work.
