I have never given a Doctor a bad review, that is not my style however I have never heard a Doctor speak to anyone the way this doctor spoke to my relative. Doctors are suppose to be caring and there to help you, not berate you and certainly not to scold you, especially when you are a senior. The Doctor actually made the patient MORE upset after the conversation. We sought her out for help. At no time in the first 10 minutes of them speaking did the Doctor ask how the patient was and what was the issue or concern. We will find and use a new doctor moving forward. No one should be treated this way. I will also add the female person that answers the phone to book appointments was equally rude speaking to me as if I was a child. Telling me "The Doctor is very busy and couldn't possibly make 2 calls, so decide who she should call and is your relative capable of making an appointment!" We seek out doctors for help and do not need to be treated with disrespect and rudeness.

Dr. Kwak was a lifesaver over the years for me. From when I was ill in my early twenties, to having GI difficulties throughout my pregnancy at 30. She is extremely kind, intelligent, caring, truly listens and does excellent follow up. I have never met a doctor like her in any other specialty and wish I could clone her. I am a nurse and have come across all types of doctors and no one compares!

We have used Dr. Kwak for many years. She is efficient, extremely professional and honest. The staff is also very professional.
