Dr. Shuler falsified my medical record. He stated I had Ptosis and Superior vision loss when I did not have these conditions. He performed a cosmetic Blaphroplasty and billed insurance company for Ptosis surgery. I did not need a Blatharoplasty. I just needed a brow lift or no sugery. I could have just used good eye creme for fine lines. I am suffering severe Dry eyes from the surgery I had with Dr. Shuler. I have to use eye drops every 5-15 minutes. I was told I could become blind due to severe Dry eyes by the doctors who examined my eyes after the surgery with Dr. Shuler. Dr. Shuler never explained Dry eyes to me before or after the surgery. My treatment for dry eyes were delayed because he never told me about my eye conditions. I have Zero productions of lublicant tears. I had to have 4 more eye surgeries to correct Dr. Shuler's work with my money.
