She was very condescending and her ego got in the way of proper medical care multiple times.

I have called here on two separate occasions and each time I have been in excruciating pain. I hardly ever go to the dr unless I absolutely have to. I end up getting a call back from a nurse telling me I have a virus and that I need to drink fluids and get rest. Even though they are not really virus symptoms. Plus getting diagnosed over the phone does not make me happy in the least. It's a joke and I am about to be done with Copley all together becausebecause the er is not any better. They don't help either. Makes you feel horrible just to call the dr when you should.

Dr. Bruno was on-call at Copley Hospital the first week in July 2009 when my wife was admitted suffering from the end-stage affects of multiple myeloma. Dr. Bruno was cogent, articulate, and provided high quality advice and care in an area that is not part of her practice. I would, and have, recommended her based upon that experience.

Kim Bruno is a horrible doctor. I wanted kindness and compassion but got impatience and judgement. My problem was very sensitive, I needed a professional. I really wanted reassurance. She was cruel and made me cry. Then she got so judgemental. It took so much for me to get to the doctor just to be made to feel like dirt. Sometimes things just happen and you need a doctor. You don't need someone in a doctor coat making fun of you and making you feel humiliated. I wish I could do more than only write this to let people know how horrible she is.

My husband, myself, and our 6 month old child have seen Dr.Bruno for the past 6 months. She has always been extremely knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, thorough, and punctual. I have never felt rushed; some appointments have even extended 30-45 minutes so that she can answer all of our questions. She is our primary for our child who was 2 months premature, and not only does she have a lovely bedside manner with him but is well-informed (even calling neonatologist in Burlington if she has questions). I have seen her personally for my after-birth checkup, and felt comfortable and confident in her care. She is also extremely warm, funny, and a 'non-alarmist' which is every first parents' dream! I would highly recommend her! As for her staff, they are also warm and accommodating, and we have never waited for more than 5 minutes to be seen.

I am a 77-year-old female who has had this wonderful physician for 15 years or more. I receive great personal attention. She goes through my meds each visit, sees me every 3 months for a BP checkup, and spends time listening to more than just my medical problems (persistent falling, etc.). She refers me whenever a problem arises that she believes needs further diagnosis. I cannot rate her high enough! Time spent with me is what I need--not what she wants to spend. Yes, she speaks quickly, but clearly gives me the information I need, and I can understand exactly what needs to be done (or not). I highly recommend her.

She was amazing. I love Dr. Bruno, and have for years now. She is personable, patient, and very approachable. She always takes the time to answer any questions, but doesn't waste time by talking about a bunch of stuff no one cares about. She is precise, and just great!!! I would highly recommend her!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Bruno for about 5 years now and my two children also see her. I think she is a wonderful doctor and have never felt that she did not have my best interest in mind. She is very friendly and chatty, which I like. She does talk fast, but not to the point that I can't keep up with her. She answers my questions thoroughly and completely. She is wonderful with my children and they seem to like her as well. I have had a series of abnormal pap tests, which have been worrisome on my part, but she has handled the situation great and has helped ease my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Bruno to anyone, especially women. She is wonderful!

September 09, 2007 I saw Dr Bruno for a routine check up. My husband came into the room with me and Dr Bruno ignored me to flirt with my husband. I was appalled at her unprofessionalism! When I finally spoke up, she looked at her watch and rushed me through my exam abruptly and harshly.
