Dr. Yu is not responsive to patient issues. I needed emergency dental paperwork signed by her and her office told me she wouldn't get to it for 48 hours. I am in pain and they give me the brush off. This is not the first time. I will be finding a new doctor.

This doctor takes long vacations and her fill in doctor Dr. Curley looks exhausted, spends little time with patients, Gets irritated when patients have more than one health issue to deal with and demands patient reschedule to deal with other issues. Office is not equipped to do blood test or urine tests, and you get sent to a lab that requires you to have another long wait. Once lab results are in you do not get notified. I received my MRI results from my disability attorney a compressed nerve in my spine and damage to the ligaments in my knee. I also had a kidney infection, that the doctor never called me back about. This office seems overwhelmed when a patient has chronic illness such as interstitial cystitus, fibromyalgia, etc. so if you tend to get urinary tract infections you might not want to depend on one of these doctors. My recent office wait was nearly 3 hours, which resulted in a less than a 5 minute visit with the doctor who rescheduled me, then cancelled my appt.
