I have absolutely NO clue what these other patients are talking about when negatively reviewing Dr. Cooperstein's practice. I have been seeing Dr. Cooperstein for YEARS and have had such wonderful experiences with the front staff and Dr. Cooperstein himself. Each time I have an appointment there is hardly a wait, and they are all so friendly and helpful. I truly love this doctor because he is not only professional and so knowledgeable about medicine, but also really cares about his patients. He provides personalized care and is so great at what he does! Definitely recommend coming to this practice!

Love this doctor, his staff is wonderful. They answer the phone and no answering machine, you actually get a Person! This guy really cares about his patients, I have no complaints, only praise.

Like one of the other reviewers, I have gone to this practice for over a decade. I am rarely sick, so I've stuck with it despite being unimpressed. I have not been to or even seen the doctor in the office in YEARS. Does he even work there anymore? I honestly don't even remember what the guy looks like. I always get a nurse practitioner. The last couple of times I've had a problem, I go there, tell them my symptoms, and they type them into a laptop, which presumedly gives them a diagnosis. I sat there for a long time waiting while one of the np's fiddled with her computer and told me it was having problems so she couldn't make a med suggestion for my migraines until it worked. No discussion of what might be causing them or what to try to avoid them. Just me sitting there watching her get annoyed with her computer. I've gotten more information on my own with an online symptom checker. Finally fed up with this poor excuse for healthcare. Looking for a new doctor right now.

This practice is not well run. I have used them for 15 years only because my family is rarely sick. Today I fired them and will write a letter to them and insurance company. Dr Cooperstein is fine but I don't think he works more then 2 days per wwk. He has a PA and receptionists that don't know how to run an office. Wait times are the worst I have ever had. No respect at all. Today when my husband was in back pain from a bball injury they said you can't just stop in we have other patients. His back is sprained and he can't stand, we called from Ortho dr. Receptionist told us we should not have gone to get treatment at Ortho dr without seeing them first, what? Any way I fired them today.

They are very rude, they never call you back, and they won't call you for your test results you have to nag them for it.

Misrepresents services to get you to come to office. Linda Kohn is a nurse practioner who saw us and lied to my wife and I twice. Went to have blood work reviewed for 2nd opinion, and Linda tried to push anti-depressants on my wife and couldn't even read the bloodwork! Also lied about not being able to tell who booked the appointment so we could not confirm the reason we stated for coming. Linda also talked indiscriminately in front of our six year old child about personal issues. Sue the receptionist insulted me on the telephone by calling me a "control freak" simply because my wife and I advocate for one another in health care issues. Dr. Cooperstein would not call back my wife or I to hear our concerns about our experience - after trying to contact him twice. Thank twice before going there ...
