She is a wonderful doctor. If you want a compassionate and understanding Doctor she is the one to select. She answers all of your questions, is patient when the patient (me) is anxious, supportive when the diagnosis is cancer. She explains all of the surgical process and recovery. She was recommended by another patient of hers and we have driven over six hours to go to her. I would highly recommend Dr. Kercher

Because of the length of time Dr. Kercher has spent with breast cancer patients, she knew exactly what my fears were and how to allay them. She was patient and kind to me. I would recommend Dr. Kercher to any woman with breast cancer; I appreciate all she's done for me.

Dismissive of my symptoms, down played my pain, and did not take the time to explain possible outcomes or options. Answered my first (of many) questions and then walked out of the exam room. Would not recommend.

Recommended by a friend when I found I needed someone for breast surgery. Older receptionist needs to retire - doesn't seem capable of taking messages - other scheduler hard to deal with - seems non-caring towards people with cancer - has a whatever attitude as does the older woman anwsering the phone - left several messages with her - never was at her desk - asked to call back and when I did, messages were never returned. AVOID

Other than her very ineffecient non-compassionate staff, I'd recommend her. Staff member for scheduling was definitely a problem.

I had a double mastectomy done by Dr. Kercher and I was very pleased with her. She was very knowledgable and very kind. I would definetly recommend her to anyone going through what I went through.

Would not recommend - uncompassionate as well as her staff - avoid - she's on every board in town-thinks more highly of herself than her patients.
