Excellent! I was misdiagnosed by another podiatrist, and Dr. Magnussen did a very thorough exam and immediately diagnosed my plantar fasciitis. She fitted me for a pair of great orthotics and I am much better. I go out of network to see her and she always works out very reasonable rates.

Dr. Magnussen is a superb podiatrist/foot and ankle surgeon. She has treated me for several years. I have bad flat feet and am constanting injuring myself. She has helped me with a ruptured plantar fascial injury and plantar fasciitis. She fitted me for orthotics and they are great! She also has helped my mom and my daughter. I have been misdiagnosed by other podiatrist and Dr. Magnussen is always RIGHT when it comes to diagnosing my injuries.

Dr. Magnusson is both a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. She was able to see me the same day I phoned her for an appointment. She spent more than the required time with me and explained things in great detail. I had an odd case wherein I had an operation on my toes in another state, three years after said operation I developed complications. Dr. Magnusson fixed my complications and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She ended up doing surgery on my toes. The surgery had complications that were unforeseen due to equipment used by my prior surgeon. My operation ended up taking 4 times as long as it was intended to. She was wonderful and kept my family member up to date during the procedure and waited for me to wake up following the procedure so she could too speak with me. I had follow up appointments with her two times per week after that and she continued to be everything I had hoped for. I feel blessed to have found such an amazing doctor!

This doctor I believe has the best of intentions and that she knows her stuff. Unfortunately I do not recommended this doctor because she is severely disorganized and does not have any staff helping her. I would have to agree with the comments about the hoarding. Additionally, I would say that her lack of responsiveness has prolonged my recovery from an injury. This doctor would be good to go to if she could keep a secretary or assistant.

This doctor is excellent. She takes the time to explain what is happening with your feet and how to prevent further decline and pain. I have flat feet, no instep and she made inserts that almost stopped the pain instantly. I went to another Doctor before I went to her and she made me feel so cared for. Her office is in transition but I am willing to overlook a bit of clutter for accurate and proffessional skills. Thanks Doctor you made my pain go away without steroid shots

I was treated professionally and with courtesy. The Dr. Magnusson is a knowlegable and caring medical professional. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, I had foot pain that had all but crippled me. The orthotics she made have made it possible for me to return to running for fitness. I am grateful for her professional abilities and recommend her highly to other aging runners.

This doctor has changed very much. I saw her like 10 years ago and she was great. Now she is very scattered/disorganized. Her office looks like an episode of horders waiting to happen. She could never find my chart from one visit to the next. I went a couple times last year and she was very rude/mean to her staff. Then there was no staff at all. She appreared to be doing everything even answering phones and making appointments while I was in the exam room and being examined. I switched providers and am much happier.

I made an appt with this dr as a new patient. The day of my appt, at home, ready to walk out the door. i have a baby so I had to pack and prep baby for leaving the house. As anyone that has babies know that its not as easier just to "walk out the door". Anyhow as I'm walking out I got a call from the Dr to reschedule to Friday. Friday, woke baby up and went. I got to her office...the office was CLOSED!!! now I know I did NOT mixed my days up. I left a message telling them how unprofessional I they they were as I was standing outside the closed office. two weeks later I got a call from their office to schedule an appt as a new patient, obliviously to the fact of what I had already went through. I do NOT recommend the dr or her office. Their first impression on my was horrible. Since I've seen another dr. (dr. john cha). completely night and day experience. (please excuse any grammar or typos, in a hurry)
