I have been going to Dr. Fink for the last 5 years, and every time I walk in his office I forget how annoyed I was the last time I was there.

First of all when you go in just for a check up or a cleaning before you even see the doctor they ask you to pay the bill, how insulting. Then when you have an issue like a crown or filing, after the doctor looks at the xray he then proceeds to go over your insurance will you're still in the chair. He has all the paperwork in front of him. He tells you what you need done then proceeds to talk about you insurance again. When you go to leave whatever procedure you need they want 1/2 upfront...another insult. I went in last week, did the xray thing..he told me my crown needed to be replace, it was attached to an implant so he wasn't sure what else needed to be done. But for sure the crown was 1450.00 to start . When the girl at the front desk asked for 700.00 upfront I said I would pay when I got the work done. I know for a fact the bill was going to be at least 2,000.00. A co-worker mentioned her dentist Dr, Matthews. I went to him he did an xray and told me the screw in my implant was loose. he drilled a hole in the center of tooth, tighten the screw and put the crown back on all for 409.00. I didn't even have to pay upfront, they said they'd bill me. So if your looking for a great dentist go to Dr. Matthew on Silverside Road. It's a father and sons business. Just for the record, the sons are each married to dentist. They were great, I would highly recommend them...you won't be sorry. You'll be in the poor house otherwise.

Been a patient for years and have never had a problem. Love the same-day crowns. Recommended for general dentistry, however you will be referred elsewhere for root canals.

The worst staff I've ever had to deal with. They don't give a suit who walks in or out the door, they treat every patient with disrespect. The girl at the front desk lies to the doctor to cover up her f-ups, doesn't return emergency phone calls, she I'd bad for the job.

Dr. Fink seems to be more interested in extending visits for additional insurance payments and making referrals to his colloquies rather than providing a service. I have been to him on three separate occasions, he referred me to two other dentist and he has not handled my initial dental problems I came to him for. I am finding another dentist who is interested in servicing his patients and resolving their dental problems.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Fink gives injections that do not hurt and takes the fear out of dentistry. He has the newest equipment and a crown/veneer is finished the same visit/ day. Great.

I can't imagine how the previous reviewer could have arrived at that opinion. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Fink and his office staff. Dr. Fink is polite and attentive, with a cheerful attitude and he really takes the time to LISTEN. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Fink has lackluster care for his patients and his profession. If he does not want to be in this professional anymore-perhaps he should retire before he causes problems for anyone else. STAY AWAY from Dr. Daniel W. Fink!
