It is extremely hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. They don't answer the phone even though they say to call at a certain time. They will not give you a set time for appointment until the day before. They say that they will all but never do. They day if appointment you go there and the Dr. Is “sick”. So rescheduled. They don't have the courtesy to call you and let you know that the Dr won't be in. She needs new staff. She us not always willing to answer questions.

Melba provided excellent service! The waiting time was fair. She carefully explained many details about my health. She gladly answered many questions. After my first visit i knew how knowledgable she was and felt safe in her care. A few visits later and i feel so much better. She changed my life with her outstanding medical care! I usually dont go as far as to write an online review but i am just so grateful! Thanks Melba.

My appointment was cancelled at leas 5 times. Makes you wait at least 3 hrs, violating local law that requires a reasonable waiting time. Does not like to be asked, has being extremely rude . May be very knowleagable, but if I can not ask questions about my health freely, is useless. I do not recommend her.
