This doctor and doctor's office is by far the worst I've ever worked with. My mom works in a doctor's office so I have some insight into this. I've had an issue with the service provided and have placed over 12 calls to speak to anyone other than billing have gone unanswered. I've asked for the doctor, the office manager, even a nurse to call back and still no response. I shared this with a neighbor and he cited the same complaints about Dr. Sattel. Be wary!!
