I'd been avoiding the dentist for years because of 1 sham dentist I went to as a kid to ruined my teeth. With no insurance and the low cost clinic not taking anyone for months, I called Dr Nakashima's office in desperate pain, (no sleep or food for about 4 days!). His staff was sweet and helpful and worked me in right that second, then helped sign me up with a payment plan. Dr. Nakashima then sent me to another dentist to see if he thought the tooth could be saved, but I didn't have a regular dentist. all 3 girls up front were on the phone calling dentists to find out who would take my payment plan When they found one, Shelly offered to drive over there and let me follow her because I didn't know where it was. THEN they called while i was there to check on me, -and- called in my antibiotics and pain meds for me. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE
