I got an official referral from my PCP to see this doctor. When I called the receptionist, she refused to give me an appointment because she thought Dr. Orellana did not treat my condition. I then called my PCP back only to be told to call Dr. Orellana's office back and that there was a misunderstanding. I would, according to my PCP, be able to get an appointment. So I called back and the receptionist very rudely said she would call me back when she was ready to make my appointment. Needless to say, she never did. I think it's safe to say I was refused treatment.
