Billing problems with Dr. Moran and it's been explained to me there's no dispute process. The clinic staff is very evasive regarding billing problems. Pathetic customer service at Family Medicine Associates. Check them out at the Better Business Bureau site--several recent claims of Billing and Collection issues with Unsubstantiated Charges. Avoid this doctor and this clinic!
