Dr. Stabile is FANTASTIC! My Mother, Carole Williams is 87, needed a hip replacement but was petrified of hospitals etc. The last time she was in the hospital was in the 1960s when she gave birth to my brother. Dr. Stabile explained the procedure and put my Mom right at ease. We scheduled her surgery that very day. The surgery was perfect & my Mother is as good as new! Dr. Stabile has a STELLAR reputation! The nurses at the hospital sang his praises and said he is the best. Even the aftercare physical therapists said my Mom was lucky to have had him perform her surgery. At her last followup appt. my Mother thanked him over and over. She is so happy! We just love Dr. Stabile! He is definitely THE BEST. What I love about him is that he tells you like it is.

My experience with Dr. Stabile was excellent in all ways. The left hip surgery went well as did my recovery. He is a very straightforward person and will answer all your questions before and after the surgery. It is important for anyone undergoing orthopedic surgery that you follow your doctor and physical therapists instructions. The doc is responsible for your surgery but you are responsible for your recovery. You must walk and exercise for the remainder of your life. And that weight you released post surgery must be maintained. I highly recommend Dr. Stabile.

Dr. Stabile has an awful 'bedside manner', ( opinion is exhibited a 'fattest' & misogynist attitude) was disdainful and completely unhelpful , was very unprofessional & broke his oath of ,"First Do No Harm". Avoid this Dr. at all costs. I know my wife, ( who is a nationally renowned Chef and relieves herself of more talent each am than Dr. Stabile possesses will never see him again.) Other than that Dr. Stabile was just Jake! Remember America , as with all professions CHOPS vary between Dr's some are talented & suited to medicine some are just CHOPLESS /Arrogant/Ignorant people. Patient Beware

Very unhappy with my experience. He was late for the surgery, did not review the MRI prior to surgery, my knee 'popped' a week after surgery he told me it would get better over time, it hasn't and I will be going for another opinion and review. His staff did not provide the correct information about insurance coverage. I do not recommend him at all.

Great for knee replacement and,follow-up. I was having excruciating knee pain, and Dr. stabile operated 2weeks after my initial consiltation. He visited me each day I was in the hospital. I will need hip replacement in the future , and will definitely have Dr. Stabile do it

I would highly recommend Dr. Stabile to anyone requiring hip replacement surgery. While researching the subject, I attended several seminars put on by Stryker and heard Dr. Stabile's presentation - I chose him as my surgeon because of his extensive experience with the minimally invasive anterior approach method. After coping well for 7 years with my osteo-arthritic hip, I went for a consult in early 2013. As a Canadian who'd be paying out of pocket, I was stunned ( as well as impressed) when he turned me down as a candidate for surgery as I had "NO PAIN"!!! A year later, when the pain came, it was excruciating. This time, I met the criteria and had the procedure done within 5 days of my consult. The surgery lasted an hour and a half and the pain was gone instantaneously! In 21/2 weeks I was good as new. Dr. Stabile has a quirky sense of humor that appealed to me but may not be to every one's liking. He was attentive and caring and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns.

Was more interested in watching the Masters than caring for his patient. Bad communication and extremely bad attitude. Will follow up with hospital. He is a bad representative of Desert Memorial.

Dr. Stabile has performed three surgeries for the orthopaedic problems I have had, from 2009 to 2011. He is very caring and compassionate toward his patients; making sure everything possible is done to ensure that post-opp pain is as minimal as possible, and that his patient is as comfortable as possible. Dr. Stabile gives priority to the needs of his patients over whether or not he performs the surgical procedure. I have an orthopaedic condition that requires a procedure that Dr. Stabile does not specialize in, so he's referring me to an orthopaedic surgeon who DOES specialize in it. I recommend Dr. Stabile as one's first and best choice when in need of orthopaedic care.
