I had a very bad time here. I saw her today for an appointment for another family member. The office staff were nice but are very disorganized. No one knows where anything is. Dr. Jain is very rude, racist, and unprofessional. I have never met a doctor like this. This was my first and will be my last visit here. Parking was not great either. Not enough spots to park in.

As soon as I entered, I filled out a document as a new patient and then had to wait for about half an hour to get called back. The nurse checked the basic things and went briefly over medical history. From there, we were told to go back to the waiting room and waited for another half hour to get called back to see the doctor. When we were called in, there were two nurses or nursing assistants that assisted us, but they did not know what they were supposed to do. We went to see the doctor in her office and she asked further a little about the last pap smear, any imaging, and the reason why we were here to see her. She was ordering around the nurses, telling them what to do and what they were not doing well. I thought that was rude especially in front of the patient. From there we were directed to a room for examination, but there was a lot of confusion about what room to take us to, etc. The nurses were nicer and friendlier than the doctor by far. When the doctor came to the room, straight away she started yelling at my family member and said that she was not listening to her directions. After she was done examining which took a couple of minutes she literally just said one word to me and practically ran out of the room with the nurse. This was completely unexpected and I was so angry. I had questions as my family member was having pain prior to the exam, which is why we came to see her. I didn't get to ask anyone my questions. This behavior is not normal.

If you go to any "Normal" doctor, the doctor first will greet you, ask you some questions, will do an exam, tell you what they find, and ask if you have any questions. None of this was done. The exam took less than five minutes and we were there for more than an hour. Such a waste of my time and for no reason.

As a South Asian patient we expected way better treatment from a South Asian doctor!!!

Dr Jain has been my doctor for a long long time. She has delivered my only two children . I still see her for all my problems . She is one of the best doctors possible. She is the most caring person I have known. She always listens to everything you have to say. For both my children she was always there . My second baby was born in the middle of the night . She was there all the time I recommend her to everyone . Her office is very good and the staff is aslo very caring

Dr. Jain is not a good doctor. She treats her staff like trash. She loves making personal phone calls while her patient is in her office. She was never there for both of my deliveries. NEVER AGAIN! She needs another career!!!

Dr Ratnam Jain has been my doctor for the last 10 years . She had delivered my only child 9 years ago. I now see her every six months for my other problems. not only is she one of the best doctors I have seen She is also the most wonderful human being. She is very caring and thinks of your problems as if these were here problems I woluld recommend her to every woman wanting to have a baby or any womens issue

Great staff, lovely office! She really spent a great amount of time with me and has delivered all 3 of my children. I am very particular about my gynocologist and she really made me feel comfortable. I would not see another doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for 3 years now and she is outstanding. Dr. Jain is very understanding and patient to any questions and concerns.. Her staff if very friendly and polite. Office has a nice atmosphere, pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Jain to my friends and family.

Dr Jain delivered my 2 children . If I were to have one more (Oh God No) I would only have Dr Ratnam Jain as my Doctor. She is the best If I left New Jersey I would come back to have her deliver my baby. For my two children she was there all the time. My number 2 baby was born at night. Dr Jain was there all night until the baby was born . With her I felt protected and safe I tell my friends If you want to have baby go to Dr Ratnam Jain

She is a good doc! BUT THE WAIT IS THE WORSE. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 1230. HERE IT IS 225 AND I HAVE YET TO BE SEEN!!!! Omg im about to lose my freaking mind!!!!!!!!! God please help me. Im being patient as i can.
