Dr Giradino is very attentive and goes over all your blood work. Ordered proper test to get a diagnosis that other doctors had not found. Her PA is dismissive and abrupt. Didn't bother to listen or look over past history and was in and out. Did not like that I was handed over to the PA when my condition was not even under control.

Avoid, avoid, avoid big time! Only treats diabetes, although this is not advertised properly. Nurse practitioner, who apparently is also the doctor's sister, had an extremely toxic personality and was hostile, rude, arrogant, condescending, unprofessional and had no interest in anything other than my blood sugar, even though I have an extensive medical history and even though I went there for an endocrinology consult. I walked out after I had enough abuse from this completely unprofessional nurse practioner, and never saw the doctor. You have to fill out an extensive number of pre-appointment documents most of which are to make sure that the doctor gets compensated. My impression is that this is a medical practice whose priority is generating income, and not professionally providing patient care at all. An absolutely disgraceful medical practice that I suspect preys on the naïve or uninformed.

Extremely disappointed. I have been going here for over a year and this is by far the WORST medical office experience I have ever had. The staff (minus 2 or so people) are very rude, act entitled and are not helpful. While pregnant I had to go every 6 or so weeks to check my levels, and on multiple occasions I received a call that my appointment has been cancelled. This is also including me making the appointment over a month in advance. After complaining they would magically find a date or re-enstate my original time. Two of the wonderful PA's have left the practice. The major issues are as follows:

1) Unprofessional and rude staff. You don't need to be enthusiastic, you don't need to even be happy, just don't look so unhappy to help me out. I called back because my appointment has been cancelled AGAIN and the only time they had available was in December. I needed to go 6 weeks postpartum to make sure my levels are okay and my medication is okay. Each time I was voicing my frustration very very respectfully I was cut off. I explained that this has happened before, and I can't keep going through this. Something needs to change because this is affecting my health and time. This office does this constantly.

2) Appointment times. I've had to take paid time off or work extra hours to make up the time I have to see the doctor for 1 minute. The wait is unbearably long in the waiting room AND in the patient room. Why must I wait 2.5 hours for my doctor to ask me how I'm feeling and that everything is ok with my medication? I drive 30 minutes to see her, and I am losing money and time from my workplace for them to be inefficient and unprofessional.

3) Out of Date Office. All my labs are printed out on paper, and I am expected to bring this with me in 3 months to get my bloodwork done. All my doctors offices electronically send over paperwork and labs to my lab. I would have to call this office to ask them to fax it over if I can't find my paperwork. Today I called to ask them to fax it over to Quest one person said "It doesn't work with Quest Anymore" Sending a fax doesn't work...it sounds like an IT issue to me. She made it seem that it just doesn't work so they aren't going to fix it. She gave me no option but to come in. Later I call back and spoke to a kind lady, and she said she would give a call and a verbal authorization to my lab.

There are so many terrible things about this office. Please please look for another endocrinologist office. Somewhere that respects your time, concerns, and health.

I was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor. I made the appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Upon being called back, I spent a few minutes with the physicians assistant gathering my information. I then waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come into the office for her only to spend 30 seconds with me. I was shocked to get my bill after the insurance review and was responsible for $262. For what I asked? I called the office and complained about being charged for a doctor visit lasting about 30 seconds. After three phone calls back-and-forth, the doctor noted on her chart I was there for 77 minutes which is absolutely false. I will reluctantly pay this bill after filing a complaint with my insurance company but please anyone reading this, find another doctor! It’s a waste of time and money. I found a new doctor and happy with her.

I was very disappointed with this unprofessional visit. First I spend approximately 2 hours in wating room. After, her nurse practitioner came (I did have with her nice chat). I was under impression she tried to kill the time. Finally when doctor came, she spent 5 min looking at my results. She advised me to wait 6 months and repeat tests. Next, without any explantion she left examination room. First, I was positive than she went to make copy of some additional information which I gave her. I waited in room for a few minutes and I realized my visit is over. I was left waiting only to be told that she does have no intention of returning and she is with the other patient. I was left with no course of action and most importantly many unanswered questions. Unfortunately this 5 minutes was all what I have for $200.

Dr G is the best. I've never had such a thorough doctor in my life. I've had hashimotos thyroiditis for over 10 years and as the condition progressed Dr G has been with me every step of the way. She even got to the bottom of a seemingly unrelated disease that I was seeing another specialist for years about with no results. Truly holistic care. Sure the administrative aspects of the office and staff can use some improvement but the doctor herself really cares and is just top notch all the way.

I called to make an appointment with her for my Polycystic ovaries Syndrome 2 month ago. I was told to come in on July 27th @ 10:30 and if it was possible to have my primary doctor run some lab work associated with the disease. I got my primary doctor to order the lab work and I went to the schedule appointment and the receptionist told me that unfortunately they did not have an appointment schedule for me today. They asked me to have a seat and she was going to talk with her manager. (This happened after they ignored me waiting to check in for 10 minutes)The receptionist called me back over and stated again that I didn't have an appointment and asked me to come back on Monday. I told the woman that I'm leaving the country and I was told to come in today so I won't be rescheduling. I told her I would figure something out when I come home again in May. I think they handle the situation unprofessionally. I more than likely will be looking for a different endocrinologist in the future

The doctor was intelligent and seemed very kind. I don't like how long it takes to get anyone on the phone in the office and how the office staff treats you. I was shocked . I wish I didn't have to go back there actually. The doctor Is understaffed and needs to hire more efficient people

Horrible experience with this office. The receptionist was very rude to two elderly patients who didn't understand the paperwork. I saw the physician's assistant who was very nice. However, I was told due to insurance purposes, I had to wait and see the doctor. I waited an hour to see her. There are no magazines in the waiting room or the patient rooms. When the doctor finally came in, she just told me to come back in a month. Then I was sent a text cancelling my next appointment. By this time, I decided the office was not for me. I made an appointment with a new doctor. Today (a week after the cancelled text), I receive a phone call confirming the appointment. I called the office and left a message. They called back and said it was a mistake. This office is totally disorganized.

Dr. Giardino was right to the point, seemed very busy and in a rush. I had no issues with her, or her PA. My issue is with the rudeness of the office staff. Half of a patient's impression is how they are treated upon arrival, and when making appointments. They are seem to be bothered at having to do their jobs and are extremely rude. Dr. Giardino, please look into how your office staff is treating patients, especially the one that answers the phones.
