I am so disgusted and angry. My fiancé and I were in a
jam and seeking help from the office of Dr. Pomeraniec.
The way the office ladies spoke to us was disgusting. His
wife Rosalyn Pomeraniec was so disrespectful and rude.
She actually hung up on me! This is not the first time we
have had a terrible interaction with this woman. I am so
beyond frustrated. I DO NOT recommend seeking help
from this office. How dare they treat people like this
when they run an office for mental health. Do they not
know they could affect someone that struggles so
severely with anxiety, depression, God forbid suicidal
thoughts?? I am disgusted.

had to cancel an appointment only made about 14 hours before cancellation. My husband, who is on life support, had a medical emergency. I was told I could never visit the practice since I cancelled! I explained my situation but this made absolutely no difference. I also requested a callback from Dr. Pomeraniec but I was denied that courtesy. This was right before Christmas no less. How can someone be in a caring profession but be so inhumane?
