Dr. Manohar is a solid doctor, but her staff leaves much to be desired. Her man In the billing department is overly aggressive and rude to her patients. Her phone staff is rarely available morning or afternoon. In person visits are just as maddening from long waits in the waiting room, staff with no patience with their struggling patients. Only getting to see the doctor hours after your scheduled appointment time. Doctor Manohar, again, is excellent and thorough but the people around her are awful fouling up phone and telehealth appointments even after checking in. I wouldn't recommend telehealth or phone appointments.

Horrible staff, I felt very uncomfortable the moment I arrived. I left before even completing my personal information that was done on a laminated form. I had been there before when I was sent by the VA which only was about a 5 minute interview and all she had to say there wasn’t anything wrong with me. I had suffered a traumatic brain injury while I was in the military.

Very disrespectful, made me have 3 visits with her and gave me no results when On my 3rd visit she says “I don’t know anything about your sickness” I drove 6 hours on each visit paid and then she says I don’t know. Oh then she says make an appointment to see you in 2 months😡. See me for what if she just told me she don’t know anything of what I need...

I Bad experience with these the doctor, patient care is not her firs priority. Business is more important than care for patients.
