I saw Dr. Miller when he was in Mentor numerous times and never had an issue. Saw him at the Willoughby office for Botox. Went to pay and their credit card machine was not working. I did Pay Majority of it & we agreed I would pay the remainder when I came in for Juviderm.. They said they did not have it in & they were going to order it and call me and let me know when it was in and give me an estimate so I can schedule. I never received a call from them except for them wanting the remainder of the money at that time I asked about the juviderm and she had no clue why no one contacted me. It's been over a month and still never heard from them. They were very unorganized after being there for five months and clueless. Very disappointed, will not be going back not to mention did not put enough Botox in the area that I wanted and put more in the area that I did not want it.

Dr MILLER is amazing!!! Super kinda and gentle , very informative and skilled. I am continually impressed each time I come. I have had multiple procedures and I am very pleased with each one. I have recommended him to all my family and friends. Really truly a compassionate and skilled Surgeon!!!!

Not a good surgeon for face work. Made me look very strange. His liposuction was ok but my arms are now uneven and lumpy. He said he would do my back and stomach in the estimate I paid for but "forgot to do my back^. He offered to do the back in his office with local anesthesia but that really hurt so I stopped him and couldn't do it that way. He doesn't make good on his mistakes or poor memory or failing to read the agreement whatever his excuse. He seems nice but is actually a jerk after he gets your money. Bad choice.

Dr Miller is incompetent and has disfigured me. Look elsewhere for a plastic surgeon.

Not knowledgeable bur thinks he is. That is a bad combination. He botched a breast reduction and improperly injected sculptra causing chronic infection and inflammation. He used too much in an area the manufacturer says not to use it.

Dr. Miller is an extremely talented plastic surgeon. He listens to his patients and is committed to ensuring the outcome desired by his patients. From my first cosultation with him through my recovery process I found him to be professional yet caring and concerned. He is truly a gem among many rocks!

I am happy I had Dr.Miller. I would have friends and family go to Dr.Miller when in need. My tummy tuck went good, better than good. 7 weeks after my tummy tuck my scar is almost not able to be seen. I can call day or night and he will always get back to me FAST. He cares about his patients. Thanks Dr.Miller for being there when I had any questions, no matter how small. Dr.Miller of Mentor Ohio you rock.
