Dr. Bessent has been my OBGYN for over 16 years. She is the most knowledgeable, caring, and thorough physician I have ever seen. I was very anxious at first during my pregnancy, but Dr. Bessent was very patient with all of my questions and I always left my prenatal visits feeling completely at ease. During the delivery, she was amazing. She loves what she does and treats every birth like it is the blessing that it is. She was so focused and calm and yet had a great sense of humor just when it was needed the most. Over the years, whenever I have called the office with a question, my calls have always been returned promptly. During every office visit, I have always found Dr. Bessent to be very thorough and caring. She always asks if I have any questions and encourages me to call back if I have other questions or need anything. I have recommended her to many family and friends.

Dr. Bessent is truly a gift from above! Being my first pregnancy, extremely new to this, scared and nervous about a new doctor I could not of asked for a better person and Doctor taking care of me! She was so down to earth and made me feel more than comfortable! Laughter is the spice of life and this lady has it! Not only does she know her stuff; she is so genuine, caring and my favorite.. straight-forward! She tells it like it is and I love it! She's amazing! So thankful and blessed to have found her!!!

One of the rudest people I have ever come across. She treated me and every question I had like it was the stupidest thing she has ever heard. I usually see a different doctor in her practice but I'm considering switching somewhere completely different just because there's a chance she could be the doctor on call for delivery. Seriously awful.

I have recently switched to Dr. Bessent based on a recommendation from a friend. My previous Dr. was excellent but it takes six months to see her. I didn't think I would find anyone I like as well as my previous Dr. but I was wrong. Dr. Bessent is knowledgeable and willing to tackle any issues you have. She is actually addressing problems I have had for many years that other Dr.'s have dismissed or failed to help me with. Dr. Bessent is direct and straight to the point when addressing issues. I also appreciated her humor which made me more comfortable. I would recommend her to any of my family or friends.

Dr Bessent was my OB while I resided in Charlotte and she was the best! She's knowledgeable and matter of fact which is what I needed throughout my pregnancy! The staff was always pleasant toward me and I felt like they all cared about my well being!

Worse treatment I've ever received from a doctor. She is rude and degrading. I will never go back and advise any woman not to either. She spends no time with you and dismisses your questions as if they are stupid. I left the office in tears. Worse bed side manner in history. Wouldn't trust her to examine a Barbie doll.

Had my first and last appointment with Dr. Bessent today. She was rude, condescending and not helpful at all. If you are looking for a doctor that is caring and actually tries to answer your questions go some where else. I've never had a doctor answer a question with a response of "DUH?" What type of professional does that? By the time, I left her examining room I was near tears. I couldn't imagine her ever delivering my child.

Dr. B is the best obgyn ever. I have never seened a Dr. Like her before very attentive and detail to your needs an questions. She is so humble and professional even though she is the best around hands down. Patient for life !!!!

I went to Dr Bessent today for my yearly physical. She is straight to the point and gives you options to your concerns. She offers literature and advice. If you are looking for a obg doctor that is honest and up front she is the one for you. If you are looking for a obg who will baby you and only tell you what you want to hear, you might want to find someone else (oh and grow up). DR BESSENT ROCKS!
