Dr. Ferrara's favorite solution to any problem he does not want to deal with is "Go to the emergency room!" Three years ago he verbally lambasted my wife when I ended up needing emergency surgery for kidney stones on the weekend and he was the doctor on call at the hospital. Don't ever do anything that inconviences him or you will suffer for it.
