They seem to always be running late. The woman at the desk are confusing about prices and treatment and don't seem to know what they're doing. They are unfriendly as well. The prices are steep.

My first visit with Dr Greenwald went very well.The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly and Dr Greenwald was kind, honest and thorough. I am looking forward to a good outcome after suffering for many years with varicose veins.

I signed with this doctor for a procedure just before the pandemic. She would NOT give a refund no matter the global pandemic. Then in July her office assistant Tina, called and said I could get my $750 back. I never received it and doubt I ever will. She does not care and she and her staff do not keep their word.

I don't usually write reviews but I think it is important for me to share. I have seen Dr. Greenwald on TV and saw some of her other reviews that were good so I was eager to give her a try. I recently visited the office expecting a high level of quality service. Let me just say, I was left shocked and very concerned. The front desk staff were pleasant, and seemed stressed out and at times timid when it came to my questions as if they were afraid to say the wrong things. I waited in the room for an extremely long time. In the hall I could hear people arguing back and forth and at one point screaming. The staff person came in to let me know it would be a few more minutes I asked her if everything was alright, she “reassured” me that it was just the doctors talking. I understand that doctors are stressed but to be arguing so loudly where patients can hear is distracting and disheartening especially when the procedure I was getting a consult on was an out of pocket service.

When I met with Lori she was very distracted, confused, stuttering over her words and overall seemed rushed. I was extremely disappointed in the level of service I received. The consult was rushed and then I was recommended to do all of these treatments without even having my questions answered. I have since sought out a second opinion from a different doctor who walked me through the entire process and made me feel much more at ease. For those who have not had any vein treatments done, it can be a scary process when you are working with a doctor who doesn’t take time to answer your questions. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible business owner. Heard doctor yelling and swearing at staff. Extremely unprofessional. Place has really gone down hill over the past few years. Will not be returning.

Went there for a procedure. The front staff are not friendly at all not even a smile. They eat and laugh and i saw one of them on they phone. I get taken to the back and there was 2 MA. One was called taisha I think and the other was teressa if I'm not mistaken. Taisha was very sweet and polite and wlile Preping me she was nice and sterile and the other MA came barshing in and try to take over. No gloves..no cap.. Etc. She didn't know what she was doing making the other MA uncomfortable. Anyhow here comes Dr Greewald after getting prepped the Ma stood talking to me very polite but it took 40 min to get the doctor in. I saw that she had a cold and her nose was dripping and it fell right on top of "the sterile sheet" and she didn't care. Not very sanitized place. I won't ever go there again or reffer any of my co-workers there. She's also rude in the way she speak to her staff poor girl I felt bad but the MA took the criticism very well and professional and also took responsibility for something that The Dr had fault in like dropping on the floor the the needle that goes in or something plastic like a blue color. She also kept saying how she's the queen of the office and i didnt like it because she was diminishing her position and made it seem like she didn't know what she was doing and calling her a child and the poor lady was just red. That broke my heartm She doesn't know how to treat her staff. I seen many come and go and i tell you she doesn't value her staff. Dr Greenwald you need to take a class in how to great your staff and treat them like humans. Your horrible and i will make sure everyone knows how you treated those Medical Assistant. Your going to loose them and i will be surprised if your business will still be open. Osha need to be called and you will be reported.

I went there for a free consultation through out the visit I repeatedly said I want the free consultation they end charging ny insurance and me. Also the people there do not know anything out veins

She dind't do anything for me but sending bills, my leg is worst than before, she fakes and unprofessional, no even the staff get alone with her and some of the staff are very rude , they are just there to collect money from insurances, you can see rightaway that they don't care for people. I do not recomend this doctor, and the staff never.
