Dr Matthew's and her nurse or whatever she is, act as if you dont matter and they believe nothing you say.
Have had continuous UTI on and off since March 2020.
As soon as med is completed it comes right back.
Told them twice that this one med does work for me so what did they prescribe for me...yep that medicine. I have asked for them to prescribe a med for yeast infection, as uti and yeast infection go hand in hand.
They both said, just buy it over the counter, they are all the same..well went to another dr and they said NO its not all the same and the one that you get with a script is way more effective and stronger..
Don't waste your time!

I had Dr. Matthews before and during my prostate cancer treatment. Either her or her staff misread my PSA count from Aultman resulting in unneeded additional treatment. During my many visits she always seemed preoccupied during the office visits. She eventually left Canton Urology Associates Inc for unknown reasons.

The worst doctor ever. Very rude, impatient and acted as if I wasn't important. Without paying patients like myself, she wouldn't have a job. how did she ever get her license? Just awful!!

Worst bedside manners, acts like she has better things to do, I could hear her cussing outside of my room and complaining about a patient crying because they were in pain. Never going back, and her assistant is a straight B. When you talk she acts like you're just making stuff up.

Dr Matthews was in the room for less than 5 minutes on my initial visit. She offered very little information and was rather abrupt. I was hopeful that on my return visit for a cystoscopy (in the office) she would spent some time discussing diagnostic results and how those results related to my symptoms/reason for referral. That was not the case. She did not address me by name; she did not ask if I had any questions prior to the procedure. She was even more hurried, appeared disinterested, and displayed obvious irritation when I asked her a question, as she stood with her hand on the doorknob of the procedure room. The LPN who assisted barely spoke. Fortunately, my diagnostics revealed favorable results, but I cannot imagine what her explanation of treatment options might be, were that to be indicated. I am a healthcare professsional and expect far more than this from an Aultman Medical Group physician. I most assredly will not return to this physician, nor could I recommend her.

I do not mind firm information that is given about my diagnosis or prognosis. That is necessary and I understand it is not always what we want to hear. Her bedside manner, rudeness, impatience, and sarcasm garantee I will never return.
