I called to get reassurance of what my insurance would cover at the office. The person who answered the phone said to call the number on the back of the card or schedule an appointment. Normally I get more helped than that when asking that question else where. I'm not insurance savvy but I have had better service.

8/29 appoint what kind of doctor tells her staff to call her patients that she has schedule to show up @ 8:30 to cancel their appointment.....well Dr. Teresa Jones with no explanation at all.. Well Dr. Teresa Jones (chiropractor) you may be the best at your job and you don't need patients like me... Just to let you know that is not a good way to conduct business and I will not go back to you at all.......shame on you Dr. Jones I took off work to come see you and cancel as i'm pulling up in your parking lot. shame on you...When the person called me she stated she can't control her schedule and hung up then I knew I would never go back....Dr. Teresa Jones want if I billed you for the time I missed of work. my time is just as important as yours....Arleen Knapp Rowlett TX
