Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Rude, arrogant and snippy doctor. I moved from Florida, bringing complete copies of my entire medical record. I had great results with multiple months of pain relief (only Tylenol for pain) with blocks. This doctor refused to even consider a block. I went elsewhere, got a block, and am in seventh month of no pain.
