I like Dr. Brake and her nurse but I have encountered more than one problem since she has moved to her new location. If you have a medical problem or question you can forget about having anyone call you back the same day or even the same week. I have heard the same complaint from other patients and a phone nurse is desperately needed. I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time just to be placed in an exam room and then an additional 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I am well aware that I am not the only patient but I feel that my time and questions regarding my healthcare are not aknowledged or respected with this practice.
