The office staff was terrible. The woman I encountered was a total **** for absolutely NO reason! I understand perhaps she was having a bad day but taking it out on patients is unacceptable! Her tone of voice and her whole demeanor was awful! It's a shame that there is no recourse for terrible office staff in a doctor's office. Doctors are too "hands off" in my opinion. In my office I manage all complaints and it doesnt affect my doing my professional work.
