Great doctor, Great diagnostician and very helpful personnel. the only problem is a little bit if wait but dr padron really expend time with you. funny to see that the only bad complaints re about money, the economy and the complicated health system of this country causes many problems. now a days the patient has to be their own advocate and understand their insurance rather that leaving everything to the office personnel. i work at an eye doctor's office and these doctors despite being underpaid by the insurances and abused by the patients that not even know what type of insurance or deductible have, they have continue to take the same good care. Kudos to the doctors that take care of our kids like dr. padron!!! Need a complete overhaul of the health insurance system.

The office is highly unprofessional. They used the wrong insurance to submit claims after we repeatedly told them it was the wrong insurance. This has caused a lot of stress and anxiety because they wrongfully sent my claims to collections and was unwilling to rectify the issue until they realized we knew what we were talkin about. If we did not have the right information, they would have continued to lie and tell us they cannot resubmit the claim. Furthermore, the office submitted a claim for a procedure that was never done.

We were so lucky to find dr padron for our son. Our pediatrician didn't want to refer us and we went on our own to the DuPont institute who thought my son was constipated and treated him with laxatives. Dr padron run some testing and inmediately diagnosed him with celiac disease. She is a very thorough and treated my son like her own. Old school doctor that puts the patient first. WE recommend dr padron to all our friends. No wonder her office waiting area in full of TOP DOC plaques.

medicine has changed and it is not the fault of the doctors, insurances are making life hard for both the patient and the doctor. now we need to be very savvy about what our insurance pays or not, the patient needs to be involved and be more responsible about what we need to bring to the doctors office. what we need to look for is the knowledge& the compassion, we found both on this doctor. our daughter cried inconsolable for 5 month, no one, even CHOP, thought we were crazy new parents. dr. padron knew on the first visit what was wrong with our baby and a simple change on her feeding to a prescription formula did the trick. we had a new happy baby within 24 hours. dr padron called us at 8pm the day after we saw her to see how the baby was doing. since then we have needed her twice and she returned the call to us within 15 minutes. to the comments before about money, all doctors charge cancellation fees, our fault for not showing up to visits.

I had an appt. for my son, and when I get there they tell me I have a $200 dollar deductible to be paid, which is fine had I known about it. They ask you for ins. Info on the phone, so why did they not let me know that ahead of time.. So I get there and they won't see him because I don't have $200 on me, and had I know,I would have scheduled the appt. fo a different day.. My poor son is very sick, and was turned away from there office, for info. they could have relayed to me, if you are not verifying the ins, then why do you need that info. Over the phone.. I am very disappointed , that the health of our children has come down to money. That is great care! if your not going to make me aware of what I need to pay ahead of time, then you shouldn't turn people away.. So I suggest if your are going to this office you better keep that it mind, how ever I will not be rescheduling..

BEWARE!!! This office will charge you $25 dollars for a missed appointment even if you leave the cancellation information on their voice mail days before. That's their policy, 2 business days. So If you leave them a message Thursday night that you can't make your Monday appointment, you get a bill.

Excellent doctor. give you the possible diagnosis as she is gettinh your complains. was right since the beginning, my daughter was treated right away for a chronic disease (crohn's disease) that my doctors and CHOP missed for two years. She calls you at any time you need her, nights weekends, i"ve never seen this in a doctor. Her staff is super helpful and you can tell the compassion of all the employees when talking to you. the only thing i am sorry is that my daughter one day will be an adult and she will have to leave her practice to see and adult gastroenterologist.
