Dr. Kim Frederickson is one of the best dermatologists in the entire state of California. That’s her review in a nutshell. Her awards, accomplishments, and contributions to medicine speak for themselves. Her staff are great as well. Her assistant talked to me before the doctor came in & ensured that all my medical concerns were on the list for the doctor to review. Her front desk staff were great also, and will give you top-notch service even when I told them 3 times that I could wait while they answer the phone. The phones do ring constantly, and to ease the burden on the staff, I’m to make my future appointments via fax (online, free fax). I don’t care how busy Dr. Frederickson gets, her office is the only place I’ll go to. If need be, I’ll be happy to schedule 2 months in advance so that I can be seen by her or any of her associates. She is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors you’ll ever get to see. I have complete trust and confidence in her, and in anyone she works with.
