I saw Dr. J for a cholecystectomy in 2008. Three weeks after surgery I was still complaining of pain and severe nausea, and was brushed off by the doctor and treated as if I were just looking for drugs. Three years, 1 emergency room visits, and 2 procedures later a GI specialists in Seattle that I had traveled to see found a piece of, what we guessed was a surgery clip, or suture material lodged and almost completely blocking my pancreatic bile duct. This had been lodged in there since my cholecystectomy in 2008. I had given up a lot of my life feeling so miserably ill for years, and to find out it was all because of a thoughtless error from this provider, I have become absolutely terrified of most any medical treatments. Her blatant disregard towards my welfare, and complaints after surgery only worsened the situation. I would recommend going to any provider but her!
