Went back 4 times to see doctor and I was never on the schedule but I had the appointment card with me. This happened 3times. When addressing the incompetent Erica who claims to do everything for Dr. Simon and be his only employee what a joke. Either hire more staff and hopefully they can do something as simple as schedule an appointment correctly. Dr. Simon may be good but his employee is a joke.
