Terrible bedside manner! Always late and always tries to rush you out of the room! Do not see her if you have PCOS! I saw her a few years ago and she was very dismissive of my symptoms. She just wanted to put me on birth control... nothing else! She said that my symptoms which were hirsutism and enlarged ovaries were something that I was born with! That hair loss was not a symptom of PCOS, which is not true! Also said that there was no test for PCOS also not true. I had to PUSH her to test my hormonal levels! She refused to test my FSH and LH stating that those tests were for older women...wrong! She did a blood test that showed that my testosterone level was high, but that she thought it did not warrant any treatment. She walked out of the room while I was still asking a question, and then she responded while out of the room that reproductive endocrinologists were for "hormonal issues"... last I checked, PCOS IS a hormonal issue. If she does not know what the symptoms are of PCOS, she should not be practicing as a doctor.

Wish I could give zero stars. Had the appointment booked, even confirmed over an email, when they called on the day of 30 mins before my appointment to cancel on me. I explained that it was an emergency and since it was a Monday, I had been waiting all weekend on this appointment. It was already four in the afternoon so no other doctor could take me so last minute, I had already left work early for my confirmed appointment, and because I live out of town, was already on the way and twenty mins away from home. I explained all of this to them, and all I could get was “sorry about that, we’re busy”. And that was after being left on hold for 15 mins.

Waited in a room for over an hour, and she tried to rush out of the room. She was dismissive of my concerns, and didn't seem to care how I was doing. I am going for a second opinion elsewhere. Staff is horrible, they act like they do not want to be bothered, especially her assistant. Staff takes forever to bill to insurance. I had services done in December of last year, and they still haven't submitted a claim.

I had heard good things about her but was ultimately disappointed. Waited once over 2 hours just for a 2 minute appt. She did not seem to care about my concerns and the staff is horrible about following up. I am looking for a new Dr. as we speak.

waited in waiting room over an hour, then one and a half hours freezing in the room with my only my little paper top on. took her probably 5-10 mins to do my examine. I wanted to walk out !!

This woman is a BLESSING!! Her staff are absolutely wonderful! From friendliness, being helpful to having a good sense of humor (who likes a dry sense of humor?). Dr
Crittenden makes you feel like an individual and not just a name on a folder. She definitely takes her time to listen and make sures you understand what's going on, even gives options (when necessary/able) which allows you a say in your care. I would recommend her to any woman. I don't mind the waiting time (which is not that bad) because it just shows she's not rushing you out the door. Great bedside manners and just overall sweet lady.

Dr.C where do I begin she's a awesome doctor she really cares and listens to ask concerns she so funny and she really makes you feel comfortable even if you have uncomfortable issues she explains everything and she's the best in San Antonio she delivered my son and did my tubal. She's the best
