Dr. Meltzer is great. His staff on the other hand is horrible. I have been waiting 4 weeks for them to submit paperwork to my insurance so that I can get the medication they prescribed. I have left numerous messages with his assistant and Sandra the referral person and no one has returned these calls. My insurance company has left many messages with no return call. Dr. Meltzer needs to retrain or replace his office staff! Very unprofessional!

Horrible service, 2 months to get an appointment and god forbid you are few minutes late they will turn you away, no consideration for your time, I am very sorry I picked them as my primary doctor.
