I agree with others... this staff refuses to get my records out of storage. LAZY

I really liked Dr. Dina, however most of the staff leaves much to be desired. I moved and requested medical records in October. It's now December and they've never been forwarded. I've called multiple times. I can't see a new doctor until they have my records. Unacceptable!

It took me a long time to find a doctor who listens, understands what I'm saying and doesn't make me feel like an idiot if symptoms described are not a textbook match to a common problem. It would take a nuclear bomb to make me switch doctors.

I call the office to have my medications refilled on Tuesday Nov.20,2012. I called to check and see if the order was sent in and was told that wasn't sent in. The office staff is very rude and seems to not really care about the people that call. In June I was very sick, I call the office to get an appointment, I was told if I was sick there was nothing she could do and to go to Med Express if I was that sick. What is the point of have a family doctor if you can never get an appointment unless you wait 3 to 4 weeks.

It took 3 weeks to get my medical records from the basement! NEVER called me back, I had to keep pushing them to get them. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Records were in the basement and they 'didnt like to go down there alone'. AFter they found records I was told doctor refused to sign paperwork because they were no longer my primary care physician (I moved out of state 4 years ago!)

The staff is great and so are the dr's if they could be on time a little would be graet

Listens to questions and intentions are good but staff is unhelpful and does not follow through on any responsibilities.

Dr. Dina is a truly caring, intelligent, delightful, beautiful person. She is the best doctor I ever had. She is very meticulous, and comprehensive.
