Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Very unprofessional, and uncompentent, acts as if you should diagnose yourself. Very rude staff, unwilling to help, if you call for info you have to leave a voicemail and await a call back from a rude nurse. Give other doctors the wrong info in a referal, you're better off with the hospital. I would rather drive to Hickory or Asheville than go back to him.
