What a talented surgeon. Dr Lauro and staff were fantastic and very professional throughout the whole process. Dr Lauro took time to answer all my questions and concerns.
His staff was in total communication with me during the pre- and post-surgery. He even took time on his day of surgery to periodically check in on me. Dr Lauro took me out pain immediately and put me on the road to a very quick recovery. Cannot say enough about the care I received....Thank you Dr Lauro and Staff.

Dr. Lauro performed surgery on me and completely replaced my left knee. he did an outstanding job and now my left knee is pain free!!

If you are looking at knee replacement surgery , Dr lauro AND his staff is unbeatable. In the hospital , he checked in on me 4 times . 2 in recovery and 2 in my room . If or when my other knee needs done ,, NO HESITATION!!!Thank Doc for helping me be pain free !

Dr Lauro did a super job with my 2nd knee replacement. Because of a prior ACL replacement we had some complications but he found a solution quickly and decisively to get me back to my busy active lifestyle.

I love this dr. broke my hip and no one wanted to do the surgery because i am a high risk patient. Dr.lauro saw me and told me he would do the surgery. One week after surgery i was going up and down stairs, No pain. I love this dr.

I have a full knee replacement that is 25 years old and a partial knee replacement that is 11 years old. Both are doing fine and I do not baby them. I walk 3 to 5 miles daily, cut fire wood for two homes. I originally tore my left knee up playing college football. Dr. Gregory Lauro preformed both surgeries and gave me a second life.

Positive experience from the first visit. Surgery for hip replacement went extremely well. No cane needed at 2 1\2weeks. Excellent Dr., I highly recommend him. Great, caring staff too!
