Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Kribbs was my workmans comp & family doctor. I have been going through a lawsuit due to a trucking accident. While in mediation today, I discover that Dr.Kribbs had made numerous personal comments about me in my medical notes. He stated several times that I continued my medical treatment to get more money from my lawsuit. He brings up lawsuit three times in my medical notes. My attorney said he had never seen this done in medical notes. This really hurt my case. It has now been two years since my accident, I continue to have medical issues. It is documented that I have a back injury, however, with a doctor making personal comments in your medical notes this hurts your case. I plan on file a complaint with the NC medical board. Please be advised, if you have a personal injury don't go to this doctor. He will destroy your case.
