I've been seeing Dr. Kulick for roughly 9 years and he was a great physician. Visits were very quick and didn't feel as if there wasn't enough time given to patients. I've been having rectal bleeding for years and was told do to my insurance no tests could be done. So I took matters into my own hands and scheduled appointment with color rectal surgeon who stated I need two colorectal surgeries. Patients know their own body better than any Dr. That being said always trust your instincts that is why I stopped going here. To many PA's running office and lack of testing to give accurate diagnosis.

The doctor hasn't been in in months. There isn't even a doctor in the building just nurse practitioners

Apparently they are above the law. He is a health care provider and he does not wear a mask. Nor does his family nurse practitioner. I find this extremely concerning for a doctor not to wear a mask. I won't be back. Also he does not return patient calls and wants you to come in for stupid things that can be handled over the phone so he can charge your insurance company for an office visit.

This practice is a production office. They have no time for their patients. And personally I don't think they care about them either. They just want your money & push you out. They don't even have time to listen to your health questions or issues. A poor excuse of a doctors office.

Saw NP Jessica last week for referral to chiropractor. She was very nice. She gave me the referral. The staff was just short of rude when I complained about paying the same co-pay for the NP as for the doctor. The staff didn't fax my referral.I called this am and they didn't know anything about it. Said they would call me back. I had to call again. This time Carly said she would fax my referral right away. It's been 30 minutes. Chiro hasn't received it yet.

Don't go here if you will need a script that requires a patient authorization. They don't do them. At my very first call, I let the staff know my main reason for seeing the doctor, and asked if he was experienced with adult ADD. They assured me he was. However, just about EVERY ADD med requires a patient authorization form for the insurance, and they didn't inform me at the time of the appointment about their PA policy. The Dr. was pleasant, and I liked that he was my age, and could relate to my conditions, but he was fast for an initial visit. He gave me a script for ADD, but without the PA I'm paying 100% out of pocket, so it was basically useless. Not going back.

The staff is not the best. Kulick used to be my doctor when i was younger. I was very sick so I went to go see him, he tried to send me home. I got a second opinion thank goodness and was immediately rushed to the ER. I ended up having kidney failure and almost dying. So good thing I got a second opinion. DONT GO HERE

I have been going to Dr. Kulick for nearly 20 years but because my Mom did. My Husband and I go now and just can't take it anymore. He rushes in and out and NEVER takes the time to go over things with you. My husbands most recent 2 visits were a disaster. He was told his blood pressure was too high and that one of his medications may have been the culprit and that he could have a stroke! He is dealing with a patient who has anxiety problems feel like they were going to have a panic attack and not do anything about it is awful. He didn't take him off the medication, just made the comment and left. Then my husband goes in again and they finally say his blood pressure is too high and to take him off of his medication but they prescribed him a blood pressure medicine that shouldn't be used with the other anxiety medication he takes! We're done. So unfortunate.
