I'm a new patient. Dr. Sent me to Labcorp for a full panel. 3 weeks later I havent heard if I need a follow up, what the results are, and I have called 2x and left messages. Crickets. Zero stars for professionalism.

Dr. Adkisson is amazing but his staff his the worst!!! They never call you back or answer your phone calls. They could care less about helping their patients. They need to be fired (Donna and Tammy)

I’ve been a patient for years and never had a problem until I developed serious symptoms. I had lab work done a month ago and symptoms have been getting worse. I’ve called multiple times and left numerous messages. I spoke to staff and was assured that they would speak with Dr. Adkisson to NO AVAIL. Don’t go to this doctors office if you need answers about a serious problem because it will not be addressed or followed up on at all. Bread and butter issues only.

My mom works hear and I think they do need to step up and work to communicating better and they do need to help the phone calls

Dr. Adkisson is my doc, as well as for my wife and my Mother-In-Law. He has always given me the time to answer my questions about myself and MIL. He seems knowledgeable, and his staff has been professional. Would recommend unequivocally.

Dr. Adkisson is fine as far as doctors go but his STAFF is another story. Rude, no care or concern for anyone or anything but themselves. My husband has been trying for 3 months to get a referral to the sleep clinic so he can get a new c-pap. He can't even get a call returned. We got back from Mexico and he was exhibiting mild flu like symptoms and our pregnant daughters doctor said he should get tested for Zika. It has been 4 weeks and we are still waiting on Dr. Adkisson's office to tell us where he should go to get tested.
I haven't been to his office in over 4 years because of the staff. I would rather pay a little more and to get seen and treated with respect at Urgent Care.

We were patients for 13 yrs and at first loved him. Over the last 3 yrs things just changed, one they moved to Broken Arrow it got bad. Long waits in the examine room, did not give you any time when he did come. Took me 4 visits in a month to find out I had bronchitis. Never called to give you test results promptly, last test I had never got any. The rudest staff I have ever met, didn't know what they were doing on insurance claims. Cost me several hundreds dollars because they never refiled them. Was 5 min late one time because of a accident that had traffic tied up. Because it was before lunch they threatened to not see me. I could go on and on, should have left before I did.

Spends time listening to concerns. Fantastic bedside manner! Staff is terrific! Ease of appointment scheduling and being seen on time are remarkable!

This Dr. Only cares about your money.He never has answers and doesn't care to listen to your issues.The staff has no Customer Service skills.Asking for your own patient files is like pulling teeth.I wouldn't recommend him.

I am giving poor review due to unknowlagable doctor. Also I was placed on leave of absence by my place of employment due to being diagnosed with gastroperesis and gastritis. This doctor was very unwilling to listen to me I've been sick over a year and also doctor has had my documentation for work he promised was taken care of to my surprise it's been a moth and still not taken care of I've been sick and further stressed due to horrible treatment. Staff that answer phone at offices also very hateful argumeitive. I have never er in my life seen such a disorganized group of people. I recommend him to no one. I know lost my house and due to not having paperwork submitted like the doctor promised. I warn anyone use at your own risk.
