I have always been the type to ask all the questions and have experienced other doctors cut me off, Dr. Thiwan is patient and answers them all. I see him for liver disease and had colonoscopy completed.

Staff is Always professional and friendly and I just love Dr. Thiwan. He is always so nice and friendly. He answers all my concerns and questions and I never feel rushed.

Dr syed and staff were nothing more than excellent. They gave you all the information you needed and made me feel very comfortable during the entire procedure.

This physician has absolutely no compassion. For a first time patient I have never experienced such lack of humanity in someone...like I was just another "thing" on his to do list. I had recently lost weight, 30lbs +, and he did nothing to recognize it and kept saying how much more weight I should lose and how obese I am. Zero encouragement, nothing but negative statements and said I need to "get my act together" like I've done nothing to try and get healthy!! The rudeness was unacceptable. The nurses we just as rude too. A smile or a nice greeting is apparently too difficult for the staff here. Avoid this Physician by all means.
