The staff and Dr. is friendly and very knowledgeable. However, I have waited more than once for over an hour past my scheduled appointment. I have had concerns for over 3 weeks about my sons progress only to get the run around. I finally got an appointment set after my pediatrician contacted them with her own concerns.

Great experience staff was courteous. I have previous seen dr. Knechts PAC but from now on I would prefer to only see him. He was more attentive to my concerns & very thorough in his exam.

Dr. Knecht is the best! Brilliant, caring and professional. He performed major surgery on my foot and also has done a total knee replacement. Both times he got me back to doing what I loved best - hiking in the Grand Canyon! I have since moved to Carlsbad, New Mexico and needed to have some arthroscopic surgery done on my ankle to remove scar tissue. I considered going back to see Dr. K for the procedure, but decided the 12 hour drive (one way) would be too difficult. BIG MISTAKE!!! Had a local surgeon do the procedure and I am now in worse pain then I was before Dr. K worked his magic on my foot/ ankle several years ago. The doc here did a procedure I specifically told him NOT to do and ended up with a major infection. There is so much more to that whole story, but the bottom line is Dr. Knecht is fantastic and in the future I would drive for three days, if that was what it took to get his expertise!

I saw Dr. Knecht's PA, Mary Ann Person. Very thorough in examination and explanation of Plantar Facsiitus diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Knecht looked at x-rays with Ms. Person. Very satisfied with the medical care at this office.

I have now had Dr. Knecht for two separate foot injuries, and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. He is extremely helpful and always returns me back to perfect shape. He and his staff are always courteous and personable; I never dread having to go to there!

Dr Knecht was very clear in his explanation of future conditions and possibilities for additional surgery. His use of models was helpful in understanding the results of surgery. He listened to my concerns and responded to how I framed the issues. His chairside manner was excellent. He gave me additional exercises to do on my foot and gave good advice on immediate and future running. I look forward to what the 3 month follow up will show.

The dr. Was concise confident explained exactly what affect it would have on the rest of my life whether or not I had the surgery so I could make a good decision. I trusted him almost immediately I believe because he shared all the information. His staff are all excellent and caring and also share information. I never felt rushed or nervous to ask all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Knecht.
