Biography

Cora (Corrie) Mallot, MD, is a Board-certified family medicine physician with AdventHealth Medical Group. With more than two decades of experience providing high-quality care for patients of all ages, Dr. Mallot is committed to evidence-based care delivered with compassion. She is passionate about supporting the overall well-being of each patient, and she especially enjoys helping people with weight management and encouraging patients to maintain healthy levels of activity well into older adulthood. Prior to joining AdventHealth, Dr. Mallot worked as a family physician at Encompass Medical Group. Her experience also includes academic appointments as adjunct faculty with Goppert Family Care Center and clinical assistant professor at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Her work in the community includes service on the advisory boards for the Kansas City Children’s Assistance Network, St. Michael’s Parish and Preferred Physical Therapy. Her hobbies include running, traveling with family and reading. Dr. Mallot joined AdventHealth in 2023 and she welcomes new patients of all ages, including newborns.
